TOP TIP

When writing out your adverts, somewhere in the text insert something like (remove bob from e address) any serious buyer will read your advert and understand what is required. Scammers & spammers will rarely read adverts carefully as the basically only gather the email address. Just like this

The email address above is

useless unless the sender has carefully read the message.
